                    離合器是怎么工作的?

                    離合器由摩擦片、彈簧片、壓盤以及動力輸出軸組成,它位于發(fā)動機與變速箱之間,用來將發(fā)動機飛輪上儲存的力矩傳遞給變速箱,以保證車輛在不同的行駛狀況下傳遞給驅動輪適量的驅動力和扭矩,屬于動力總成的范疇。


                    離合器類似于開關,接合或斷離動力傳遞作用,離合器機構其主動部分與從動部分可以暫時分離,又可以逐漸接合,并且在傳動過程中還要有可能相對轉動。離合器的主動件與從動件之間不可采用剛性聯系。任何形式的汽車都有離合裝置,只是形式不同而已。

                    離合器安裝在發(fā)動機與變速器之間,是汽車傳動系中直接與發(fā)動機相聯系的總成件。通常離合器與發(fā)動機曲軸的飛輪組安裝在一起,是發(fā)動機與汽車傳動系之間切斷和傳遞動力的部件。汽車從起步到正常行駛的整個過程中,駕駛員可根據需要操縱離合器,使發(fā)動機和傳動系暫時分離或逐漸接合,以切斷或傳遞發(fā)動機向傳動系輸出的動力。它的作用是使發(fā)動機與變速器之間能逐漸接合,從而保證汽車平穩(wěn)起步;暫時切斷發(fā)動機與變速器之間的聯系,以便于換檔和減少換檔時的沖擊;當汽車緊急制動時能起分離作用,防止變速器等傳動系統(tǒng)過載,從而起到一定的保護作用。
